HEATH, OHIO – The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority has scheduled a special meeting of the Board of Directors for Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be held on the future site of the Port Authority’s proposed new office and clean room building on the west side of the Aerospace Center campus, 781 Irving Wick Drive West, Heath. Among agenda items, the Board is expected to consider matters related to the financing and construction of the new office and clean room building.

The Board meeting serves multiple purposes. The date matches the 15th anniversary of the Port Authority’s creation by joint agreement of Licking County, Heath, and Newark on May 18, 1995. The meeting also will be followed by a brief groundbreaking ceremony for the new office and clean room building.
