              SMALL BUSINESS SEMINAR SET FOR OCTOBER 30

HEATH – “Basis of A Successful Enterprise (B.A.S.E.),” a seminar for individuals 
considering starting a new business, has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 
30, 2002 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the offices of the 
Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority, 851 Irving-Wick Drive West, Heath.

The seminar is provided as part of a partnership to encourage entrepreneurial 
development between the Port Authority, the Central Ohio Manufacturing Small 
Business Development Center, and the Small Business Development Center of 
Newark and Licking County.  Individuals considering starting a new business 
or expanding an existing small business are encouraged to attend.
