The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority, as part of our ongoing caucus-building strategy, invited State Senator Jay Hottinger for a return visit to the COATC. Hottinger has been a frequent visitor and active advocate for the COATC and The Base over the years.

Port Authority Director Rick Platt directed a tour of the grounds of the Base Campus, including a look ahead at a few of the challenges in the 10-year capital plan, as well as a site tour of the new South Campus. Base Radio caught an interview with him before he departed.
