A wide array of amenities add up to
a strong Quality of Work Life at the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center.

Quality of Work Life is what we call it. The Aerospace Center offers access to on-site
facilities which make a great work environment for our tenants' personnel,
serve as a magnet for companies which put a premium on employee satisfaction,
and compliment the quality of life for residents and businesses in all of Licking County.
Walking Path: A dedicated walking path was completed in 2009 that provides a 0.8 mile loop of the campus with safe alternatives for even more distance. It's hoped that, some day soon, the path will
connect to the Heath trails and the 44-mile trail network in Licking County. See a Walking Path Map.
On-Site Recreation: The City Of Heath maintains a fully-equipped fitness center operated by a private operator as the
Heath Rec Center. It offers aerobics, volleyball and basketball as well as gym and weight-lifting equipment for that
lunch-hour or after-hours workout.
On-Site Training Room: The 30-seat Port Authority Board Room is available for tenant use for training sessions and small meetings. The room is equipped with a 50" SmartBoard multi-media interactive display unit that is internet-ready.
In addition, other on-site locations are suitable for training events. Contact the Port Authority for more information.
Nearby Food Service: Over two dozen restaurants or food service facilities are within a five-minute drive. Such access means tenants can keep their employees close to their workplace
during lunch breaks.
Nearby Day Care: Adjacent to the campus, Southtowne Kids Club provides day care for infants through elementary school (age 11). The state-certified facility
is easily-accessible to parents who work on or nearby the Aerospace Center campus.
Nearby Airport: The Newark-Heath Airport has a 4,700 ft. runway suitable for small jets and executive aircraft. The airport property is adjacent to the campus.
Nearby Retail: Just north of the Base on State Route 79 in Heath is one of Central Ohio's premier concentrations of retail stores and restaurants. Heath has it all.
