A wide array of amenities add up to
a strong Quality of Work Life at the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center.

Quality of Work Life is what we call it. The Aerospace Center offers access to on-site
facilities which make a great work environment for our tenants' personnel,
serve as a magnet for companies which put a premium on employee satisfaction,
and compliment the quality of life for residents and businesses in all of Licking County.
Walking Path: A dedicated walking path was completed in 2009 that provides a 0.8 mile loop of the campus with safe alternatives for even more distance. As of late 2011, the path connects to Heath's recreational trails and, as of June 2012, connects to the TJ Evans Trail through Licking Township. It's hoped that, some day soon, the path will
connect to more of the 44-mile trail network in Licking County. See the Walking Path Map.
Ohio Native Plaza and Meadow: The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority maintains a plaza adjacent to the largest buildings on the campus and deploying a theme of only Ohio-native plantings. There's also an Ohio Native Meadow north of the Boeing Building on the campus and accessible off of the walking path that provides a tranquil, back to nature-like setting.
Nearby Food Service: Over two dozen restaurants or food service facilities are within a five-minute drive. Such access means tenants can keep their employees close to their workplace
during lunch breaks.
Nearby Day Care: Adjacent to the campus, Creative Minds Learning Center provides day care for infants through elementary school (age 11). The state-certified facility
is easily-accessible to parents who work on or nearby the Aerospace Center campus. Discounts are available for Aerospace Center personnel.
Nearby Airport: The Newark-Heath Airport has a 4,700 ft. runway suitable for small jets and executive aircraft. The airport property is adjacent to the campus.
Nearby Retail: Just north of the Aerospace Center campus on State Route 79 in Heath is one of Central Ohio's premier concentrations of retail stores and restaurants. Heath has it all.
